Self Neglect Conference Recap
We held a conference focussing on Self-Neglect for the area of Manchester. We had great feedback on the day, with some quotes that we have included above. We aim to improve every year with our conferences so please do inform us of any feedback if you have not done so already.
To address feedback, some mentioned that they wished they could have had more interaction, but with the nature of keeping to time and the fact we had over 200 attendees, we felt that interaction would have been very difficult and one of our team during the day managed the chat and picked out questions for our speakers. Moving forward we may try to utilise breakout rooms for a portion of the day to allow discussion between attendees, with prompts to assist in this.
We again want to thank those who attended and we will be organising another conference so please stay subscribed to our bulletin (which you can do at the bottom of page on our website).
For our attendees, we wanted to ensure a place where you could find the presentations we discussed on the day. Please see below to all links to presentations and media shared on the day.
If you have any further questions please direct them to our inbox: Manchestersafeugardingpartnership@manchester.gov.uk
