Please find below a link to the NWIP Understanding MASA Arrangements Booklet, which has been developed to support colleagues who are new to safeguarding or have limited experience of Manchester’s multi-agency safeguarding arrangements.
Partners across Manchester have highlighted the value of having accessible induction resources for new starters. This booklet provides an introduction to key safeguarding concepts, partner organisations, roles, responsibilities and terminology, helping staff to better understand how agencies work together to safeguard adults in Manchester.
Please feel free to share this resource across your teams and organisations. It can be used as part of local induction processes and to support staff in. developing their understanding of partnership safeguarding arrangements.
